Tottenham are 'plotting to make a £50million swoop for Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon' in the summer.
The 18-year-old, who is out of contract at the end of next season, is stalling over signing a new deal with Tottenham one of a number of high-profile clubs considering a move for him.
and Paris Saint-Germain
have both held a long-term interest in the winger and are monitoring his situation closely.
However, The Mirror
claim that Tottenham are favourites for his signature with Sessegnon reluctant to move outside of London and the club are now preparing to make a £50m bid.
Tottenham - who have not signed a player in the past two transfer windows - could acquire Sessegnon this summer and then loan him back to Fulham for the 2019-20 campaign.
RYAN SESSEGNON STATS FOR SEASON
The Premier League strugglers have been desperately trying to tie the youngster down to a new deal but have been unable to strike an agreement with him.
Scott Parker's men look destined for the Championship, as they sit 13 points adrift of safety with only eight remaining games.
If Fulham were to go down, a chance to have Sessegnon in the Championship looks an appealing offer and may be something the club insist as part of any deal.
