A shirtless man in Los Angeles smashed 16 vehicle windows and attempted to hijack a bus before he was subdued by members of the public.
The man, described by a police spokesman as a 'transient', was hurling rocks in the mid city area on Tuesday, reports KTLA.
Footage taken by a witness showed the shirtless man on the road as a line of vehicles waited for him to move.
