Liverpool squad land in Marbella for warm-weather training camp

As a result, the manager has taken advantage of the break to fly his squad to warmer climates to prepare for an intense finale both domestically and in Europe.

There was a further boost for the club as Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was deemed fit enough to join the travelling party.
He has progressed well in his recovery from a serious knee injury.
The England midfielder sustained multiple ligament damage during the Champions League semi-final against Roma in the last campaign.
A number of younger players were also invited along to the camp by Klopp, with the likes of Corey Whelan, Rafael Camacho, Curtis Jones, Ki-Jan Hoever, Isaac Christie-Davies and Rhian Brewster offered the chance to impress. 
Ahead of the clash against the reigning German champions, Bayern Munich keeper Manuel Neuer insisted he was excited to step out at Anfield for the first time. 
Neuer told ESPN: 'It's the first game for me at Anfield. I'm looking forward to playing there.
'We have heard a lot about the atmosphere in the stadium - everyone who watches football knows it's special - and I think they will be two great games
'For us, the Champions League is very important. It is a knockout tie, two finals. We are happy to play in their stadium. Hopefully, it will be great night for us - but it depends on the result, of course.'
