The Chicago Bears will take on the LA Raiders in the first NFL game hosted at Tottenham's £1billion new stadium.
Four regular season matches will be played in the UK, details of which were announced on Wednesday.
The Bears and Raiders lock horns on Ocotber 6 and a week later the Carolina Panthers will face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on October 13 at the same ground.
After a two week gap, the NFL then returns to Wembley as the Cincinnati Bengals take on the Los Angeles Rams.
This year's UK matches conclude with the Houston Texans vs the Jacksonville Jaguars on November 3, also at the national football stadium.
All eyes will be on the spectacular new Spurs ground for the first NFL game inside the arena with the likes of Khalil Mack and Jared Cook in action.
Tottenham have a 10-year partnership with the NFL and no doubt those crossing the Atlantic will be impressed with the 62,000-capacity venue.
Spurs' usual grass pitch is retractable and will make way for an artificial surface for American football matches.
Other customised features for the NFL include a separate entrance on the east of the stadium, dressing rooms and media facilities.
UK fans have flocked to the NFL games in London every year since the first in 2007 and ticket sales information will be revealed in the coming weeks.
